Week 1 New Recipe
- Almond Flour Muffins (Great for a Low Carb Strawberry Shortcake)
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix Dry ingredients
- 2 cups of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cups of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- Sweetener of your choice ( I use about 5 packets of plain splenda)
- Mix Wet ingredients
- 1 Stick of melted Unsalted Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into greased muffin pan. Pop in the oven for about 15 minutes. Try slicing open with some low fat Whipped cream and strawberries for a real treat! Enjoy :)
