Try this for a yummy little protein shake! I love shakes! They are easy to make and quick to eat. The best part is that they keep me going until lunch time! Anyway, here's my newest favorite.
Very Berry Shake
1 Cup of your favorite protein powder ( I use a whey powder that is vanilla flavored)
1 Cup of Skim Milk
1 Cup of a Frozen Berry Mix
Blend in a mixer and you are done! Quick, healthy, and yummy. What more could you want?
